We help keep your home secure from intruders, whether it be people or animals. We also make sure your home is standing strong after storms, or other unforeseen weather events.  Our home watch services include:

• Security checks which involve making sure windows and doors are locked
• Checks for forced entry
• Checks for pests/insects/or rodents
• Making sure security and alarm systems are working properly
• Checks for storm damage
• Immediate repairs if needed

RENTAL PROPERTIES

We are excited to offer services to rental property owners, including AIR BNB properties. We help oversee, maintain, and protect your rental property. Rental property maintenance services include:

• Inspections, repairs, and upkeep. 
• Making grocery runs and cleaning, prior to renters arriving (AIR BNB)
• etc. 

HOME BASED REFERRALS

As the owner of a local construction business we know homes. In the event of damage to your home, we will do everything in our area of expertise to fix the issue. However, if  necessary we will make referrals to other trustworthy professionals. We will be your single point of contact connecting you to any additional services you may need.
